The exciting world of car racing throws up idols every so often. Kevin Harvick has legions of fans and an impressive list of achievements. His good lucks and friendly charm also appeals to the sponsors. Underneath that laid back persona, he is extremely competitive. He was born in 1975 in Bakersfield, California and developed an interest in go karting whilst a child.
